In today’s environment, the business world and how we interface with one another is rapidly changing. Employers may leverage different forms of media to conduct a meeting, such as telephone, video conference, off-site casual meetings, to formal one-on-one or panel interviews. Regardless of interview format, our consultants will make sure you are prepared for your interview. We will cover the basics from: attire and greetings, to how to best address certain questions, pitfalls to avoid, what questions to ask, and how to conclude the interview with the perfect close.

POST INTERVIEW
The efforts following are just as critical as all of the work leading up to the interview. We will work with you to ensure that proper lines of communication are developed between you and the hiring authority, such as a proper “Thank You” letter and appropriate follow-up correspondence.
Once an offer is ultimately extended, our consultants will provide guidance on how best to navigate your way through negotiating the terms. Assistance will also be provided on how best to offer a resignation to your current employer, and how to avoid getting caught up in a counter-offer situation.
